In that role, she advised clients on litigation strategy, risk management, and efficient dispute resolution while overseeing all aspects of the litigation process.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Das represented clients in matters involving real estate, directors and officers’ liability, and community association disputes. She also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, where she litigated complex antitrust matters and gained substantial experience conducting investigations, managing extensive discovery, and pursuing enforcement actions.
